- healthy eating
- drinking enough water
- the enjoyment of cooking food at home (to break the reliance of unhealthy fast food)
- visiting the Doctor or clinic is a good thing to do
- physical play is fun, especially when we play with our family and friends
- parents engaged with their children in the play so were able to take home healthy lifestyle messages and start conversations about looking after ourselves

Thanks Healthy Living NT!
